Venning & Jacques, P.C., was established in 1978 and is licensed as a certified public accounting firm by the Commonwealth of Massachusetts Board of Accountancy. We provide a wide range of professional services, including accounting, auditing, tax planning and preparation, bookkeeping and payroll. The Firm has enjoyed continued growth and is presently one of the largest local accounting firms in Central Massachusetts with offices located in Gardner, Orange and Fitchburg, Massachusetts.
We are proud of the reputation we have achieved through the years for the quality and diversity of services offered to our clients. Every effort is made to maintain the quality of our professional services rendered to our clients in the areas of auditing, accounting, taxation, management consulting and management information services. All work performed is carefully reviewed by professionals trained to review the work of others. The partners are also charged with coordinating the scheduling of work flow, training and the education of our staff in various technical areas, as well as disseminating pertinent material to keep our Firm abreast of changes.
The partners and staff of Venning & Jacques, P.C., have the primary responsibility for furnishing our clients with the highest level of professional service. With approximately 10 employees, we are able to maintain areas of expertise within the Firm and, at the same time, provide personal attention and service to our clients.
Our partners specialize in different fields. However, they have extensive experience in areas beyond their specialties. If a client needs assistance with a tax problem, a management or system problem or an accounting problem, a partner or other staff person with the required expertise will bring that knowledge and experience to the aid of the client. The Firm's most valuable asset is its people and every effort is made to employ and retain highly qualified professionals. Each of our partners and staff are committed to maintaining a high level of professional skill through continuing education.
Venning & Jacques, P.C., continually strives to provide services to our profession and to participate meaningfully in local community affairs. Further, many of our partners and staff devote significant time and energy to providing leadership in community organizations.
In December of 2006, Venning & Jacques, P.C., underwent a peer review. The peer review team determined that our quality control system for accounting and auditing practice met the stringent professional standards established by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants. Our membership in various professional associations requires that we adhere to standards and procedures of practice which are at the highest level in the profession.
