Gerald L. Bankowski, CPA

Mr. Bankowski joined Venning & Jacques, P.C., in 2003 as a partner. He was formerly employed by a national accounting firm for over 17 years. He has extensive experience in performing financial statement audits for a diverse range of clients, including manufacturing, distribution, financial institution, foreign-owned, closely-held and publicly-held businesses. He also has experience in mergers and acquisition accounting and domestic and international consolidations. In addition, he also has experience in individual and corporate taxation.

Education:

• Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Nichols College, Dudley, Massachusetts
• Associates degree in Business Technology, Mount Wachusett Community College, Gardner, Massachusetts

Jeffrey J. Gallant, CPA

Mr. Gallant has been with Venning & Jacques, P.C., for over 20 years, becoming partner in 1998. He has extensive experience in individual and corporate taxation and performing financial statement audits of not-for-profit organizations and construction companies. In addition, he also handles a diverse range of clients, including manufacturing, retail, construction and closely-held businesses.

Mr. Brodeur joined Venning & Jacques, P.C. in 2007 as manager of the Fitchburg office. He has over 30 years of experience in corporate, public and municipal accounting, including personal and small business taxation. He is a graduate of Bentley College with Bachelors Degree in Accounting. His community services have included the supervisory committee of GFA Federal Credit Union, treasurer of GFA Services, treasurer of Greater Gardner Youth Hockey and president of Gardner High School Hockey Boosters. He is currently chairman of the Holy Rosary Parish finance committee.

Mr. Bouchard is a graduate of Fitchburg State College with a Bachelors Degree in Accounting. He joined Venning & Jacques, P.C., in 2004 and has over 9 years of public accounting experience, including several years with a national firm. He specializes in performing financial statement audits, reviews and compilations for a wide range of clients. In addition, he also has experience in individual and corporate taxation.

Mrs. Kalanta holds a Masters Degree in Business Administration from Rivier College and a Bachelors Degree in Accounting from Fitchburg State College. She has over 20 years of accounting and tax preparation experience in the public and private sectors. She specializes in individual taxation with experience in financial statement audits, reviews and compilations. In addition, she also assists clients in various accounting and bookkeeping services.

Mrs. Fagerstrom has been with Venning & Jacques, P.C., for over 20 years. She has her Bachelors of Science Degree in Business Administration from Fitchburg State College. She is also a Certified QuickBooks ProAdvisor for 2007 and 2008. She handles all payroll and bookkeeping needs for our clients as well as administrative support, processing financial statements and tax returns and assisting clients on a daily basis.
